Returns

  • If you are not happy with the authenticity or provenance of your purchase, please notify us, either by Phone or Email, within 7 days of taking delivery of the item(s). We will then offer you a full refund.
  • All costs of returning the items are borne by the buyer.
  • Some items offered in an auction may be damaged and we will strive to highlight any damage in the photos and descriptions provided for each lot. If any damage has been highlighted either by description or shown clearly in the photographs provided, the buyer will be deemed to have seen the damage and will not have any rightful claim to a refund.
  • Global Whisky Auctions cannot be held responsible for any leakage or failure of the bottles in transit.
